Live at the Borderline 1991 è il live album uscito in edizione limitata per il Record Store Day 2019 e che vede esibirsi in un concerto a sorpresa, sotto il nome di Bingo Hand Job, i Rem al tempo di ‘Out of Time’, assieme a importanti ospiti.
La band suonò due sere al locale ‘London’, di fronte a 200 persone ogni sera, come parte di un piccolo tour promozionale tra programmi radio e televisione. I concerti furono immediatamente registrati e divennero dei ricercatissimi bootleg. Questa proposta per il Record Store Day, invece, è la prima pubblicazione ufficiale e vede i Rem raggiunti sul palco da Billy Bragg, Peter Holsapple e Robyn Hitchcock.
