L’ultima performance live di Bob Marley prima della sua morte prematura nel maggio del 1981 è divenuta una leggenda e, dopo essere stato pubblicato in versione cd adesso diventa un vinile con 21 brani.
“The Legend Live”, infatti, include 21 dei suoi più grandi successi interpretati durante il concerto al Santa Barbara County Bowl il 25 novembre 1979, in particolare “I Shot The Sheriff”, “One Drop”, “Exodus”, “Jamming”, “Is This Love”, “Stir It Up” e “Get Up Stand Up”.
L’anno scorso l’album è stato pubblicato in versione CD + DVD con il meglio delle canzoni del
concerto, un documentario ed un’intervista esclusiva sullo spettacolo.
Adesso è invece disponibile in 3LP con una raccolta
dei brani del concerto in versione live.
