L’album del 1999 del leggendario chitarrista Steve Hackett, ‘Darktown’, viene pubblicato per la prima volta in vinile, cosa che non era mai stata fatta prima.
Questa è la prima pubblicazione di una serie di uscite del catalogo di Hackett che sarà disponibile in questo formato.
‘Darktower’, oltre a Steve Hackett, vede all’opera Julian Colbeck alle tastiere, Roger King al basso e alle percussioni, Hugo Degenhart alla batteria, Jim Diamond alla voce, John Hackett al flauto, Ian McDonald al sax e John Wetton ai sample dei bassi, solo per citare alcune presenze di questo leggendario album.
La pubblicazione del 2023 inoltre contiene 3 bonus track tratte dalla riedizione del cd ed è disponibile in doppio lp con copertina gatefold, contenente un inserto di due pagine.
