“Plays Well With Others” è un cofanetto riguardante la strada parallela intrapresa e che si estende dal rock psichedelico dei Flaming Youth, attraverso le leggendarie registrazioni anni 70 con Brand X, Brian Eno, Robert Fripp e John Cale e nell’era delle superstar degli anni 80, quando Collins divenne la persona che tutte le leggende cercavano per ricevere una boccata d’aria fresca. Questo continuò fino a quando raggiunse lo status di fare qualsiasi cosa voleva. Formare una grande band con Quincy Jones a condurre e Tony Bennett alla voce? Perché no.
