Il 25 gennaio 2019 uscirà ‘Stay Human Vol. II’ di Michael Franti & Spearhead per Boo Boo Wax/Thirty Tigers. L’album è stato anticipato dal singolo ‘Just To Say I Love You’.
‘Stay Human Vol. II’ è il decimo album di Michael Franti e il seguito del fondamentale ‘Stay Human’ uscito nel 2001.
Il disco è stato co-prodotto dallo stesso Franti con l’aiuto di Ben Simonetti (Zac Brown Band, Shemekia Copeland, Blake Shelton), Niko Moon (Zac Brown Band) e Kevin Bard (Fitz & The Tantrums).
‘Stay Human vol. II’ è stato influenzato dal documentario ‘Stay Human’, diretto dallo stesso Michael Franti e uscito nel corso del 2018.
L’album parla di coraggio e ottimismo, di uomini e donne che tengono duro anche in situazioni difficile ed avverse.
‘Stay Human Vol. II’ è un inno per tutti coloro che fanno la differenza in questo pazzo mondo.
